  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 pound hash browns
  • 1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 (5-inch diameter) flour tortillas
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pork rub, Blackstone Bootleg Burger works best
  • Hickory barbecue sauce
  • 2-3 tablespoons canola oil, for the griddle

  3. Add pulled pork to the griddle top, season to taste with Bootleg Burger seasoning. Cook pork for 6-10 minutes or until edges are crispy.
  4. Crack all 12 eggs directly on the griddle top. Season to taste with salt. Cook to desired doneness.
  5. Add hash browns to the griddle top, season to taste with salt. Cook until both sides are crispy.
